| What is Reiki? |
|
The Traditional Reiki Story begins in the mid 1800’s when Dr. Mikao Usui, a school principal and Christian Minister, was asked by one of his students, to be shown the healing methods of Jesus. This question started a 10 year quest to find understanding and enlightenment. The quest leads him to Reiki. |
|
The Reiki Symbols were revealed to him after fasting for 21 days in deep meditation and prayer. The symbols are keys to doorways of energy and what sets Reiki apart from other forms of hands on healing. These secret symbols have their own intelligence and will go to work when the practitioner repeats the sacred name of each three times. |
|
Reiki is not the product of the intellect, but the Divine Light of God/Life Force flowing through the practitioner. |

Reiki is hands on healing that brings total balance back into the body. It allows the receiver to realign with the Higher Self thus raising the consciousness of the individual. Enlightenment brings wholeness to the seeker. |
| What is a Reiki Attunement? |
| A Reiki Attunement is a gift of love given to the self. |

An Attunement reconnects you to your Higher Self. You become an open channel cleared of all negative energies blocking the flow of Life Force in the body. |

Reiki is a form of vibrational healing that changes Life Force energy into a Living Force when mixed with the Reiki Symbols. The Reiki Symbols are keys to doorways of energies allowing you to access the frequencies needed for each individual healing. |

An Attunement changes your chakras and mind centers from an involuntary system to a voluntary system. Giving you the ability to interact with the Reiki Energies in a more creative fashion. |
|
Guides: With each Attunement level you receive a Reiki guide(s). They assist in all healings; therefore you are never alone when working in the God Frequencies of Reiki. Along with your guide(s) there will be healing Angels/Arch Angels that assist in the healings. I have never worked in the Reiki that Angels were not present. If you tune in to see whomever is in the room you might be surprised to see how many are assisting. |

The first level of Reiki is primarily for the self. It is an experiential journey into awareness of the world of energy; both internal and external channels are cleared and opened for the universal life force energy to flow through them. It all becomes automatic as you place your hands upon yourself or others and allow the Reiki Energy to flow. Intention, intention, intention. |

The second level of Reiki is the practitioner’s level with total access to all second degree symbols. (The Mental Emotional Symbol, Power Symbol and Distance Symbol.) These symbols allow you to empower self and energies, connect with an individual on the emotional level, send healing over great distances, heal the past or heal an event in your future. |
|
|
Second Degree is about interacting with the symbols. These three secret symbols have their own intelligence and know just what to do when activated in a healing session. It is not required to know everything to be a Reiki Healer. Your intent is the most important element required. |

Some prefer to receive first and second together to be able to work on others as well as self. I received the first two degrees together and was quite satisfied with the results. (Alexandra) I also loved the idea of saving money. |

Dedication and the desire to teach is the perquisite for the Master level. This level gives you access to all three master symbols. The three master symbols access levels of energy not available to the second degree practitioner. They are a more finite energy and penetrate on a different level. |

Master Teacher Alexandra has been training dedicated healers for many years. She will teach you how to pass attunements to others as well as train you in the ways of the Master Teacher. Each Master Attunement includes many hours of advanced training. |
