Nancy is the Founder of Magical Journey. On July 18th, 1988, her love of Books inspired her to create a centralized place for People of All Paths to discover their true Divine Nature. Her Love and Compassion for her fellow Human Beings was unrivaled. She sought to see the "Christ" in everyone. 

Nancy Cushman, who made her final transition on December 18, 2005, was a pioneer in bringing metaphysical and other non-traditional books and services to the mid-south area.  She created a safe haven for new ideas and philosophies, filling an obvious need in our community.  She will ever-remembered for her kindnesses to friends, family and employees (most of whom became family.)  Her vision and steadfast devotion to everyone’s search for “truth” made possible the Magical Journey that still exists and grows, daily.  She touched many lives with her love, and Magical Journey Bookstore is but one of the outward expressions of her magical journey on this planet. She will always be considered a part of the Magical Journey family.

Willie was born in Richmond, Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Richmond.  He moved to Nashville in 1987 where his life was changed when he discovered Magical Journey. With new found inspiration he began his Journey studying many different Spiritual paths and belief systems. Willie has helped thousands of people using Astrology and Energy Work.  He has had the honor of teaching and initiating over 400 people into the Reiki System of Natural Healing. Formally the High Priest of The Circle of Ravenfain, Willie seeks to build bridges between all Spiritual paths and to learn and teach the Universal Truth that unifies us all. He is a member and former Board Member for the Coalition of Visionary Resources and is a member of the American Book Association.  Willie is the father of a 9 year old son, William Levi, and lives with his three cats - Samson, Delilah and Luna.

Sherry Hoskins is our CPA and serves on our Board of Directors. Originally from East Tennessee, she has been a professional Accountant for over 20 years. Sherry has been in business for herself since 1995 with prior experience with a large local firm specializing in Business Management for entertainers. Though Sherry is very down to earth, she views life on a Universal level. She takes responsibility for developing her own unique sense of Spirituality while seeking insight into the energy that connects all things. Astrology has fascinated Sherry for many years. She is drawn to the Heavens, the Earth and to water. As a triple Sagittarius, she supplies her own fire. Sherry is trained in Reiki, loves oriental culture, Feng Shui and Kuan Yin.

Veronica G. Hartman is Magical Journey's Astrological Consultant. She has provided incredible insight in assisting Magical Journey to achieve her highest purpose. Veronica is also a Reiki Master, Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy TM, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and a ordained minister of the Universal Brotherhood Movement, Inc. She owns and operates Alternative Learning Technologies, an Institute which offers certification training in NLP, Time Line Therapy TM and Hypnosis as well as instruction in Reiki and Astrology. Veronica can guide you to self-awareness, understanding, personal transformation, self-empowerment and the life you want instead of the life you get!

Carole Eve is a talented Intuitive Reader, Medium and delights everyone with her beautiful and creative displays at Magical Journey.  Carole comes from a psychic family with all her immediate family members have differing degrees of psychic gifts. She has been channeling Kuan Yin and other Spirits from the Higher Realms for the past 14 years. Her gift as a Psychic Medium goes back to birth.  Carole is proficient in Past Life Regressions  and is best known around Magical Journey for her Channeling Loved Ones from the Other Side. She is available for private Channeling Sessions. Carole's Spirituality is a combination of many different Paths with special emphasis on Native American and the Lakota Sioux.

Sarabeth uses Astrology and Tarot to give Spiritual and Intuitive counseling to Magical Journey Customers. She studied the paranormal and participated in research at the famed Rine Research Center in Durham, North Carolina. Sarabeth is also a musician, singer and composer. She has just released her first Spiritual/romantic CD entitled Dance with Me. Her songs are featured regularly on Dreamland, the syndicated radio program hosted by Whitley Strieber.

Gina is a graduate of the California Healing Arts College.  She has over fifteen years experience as an Intuitive Reader, Energy-Body Worker, and has helped people and pets nationwide with her readings.  During her readings she does not use cards as she receives the information directly from Spirit.  Gina also does phone readings.

She understands the higher concept that all Religions are working toward the same goal. Amanda reads Tarot and has a love of dragons and cats.

Alexandra is a Fourth Degree Reiki Master, Quantum Touch and Reconnective™ Healer.

Panther Blackthorn is a shamanic witch, a tarot reader, and a psychic.  From an early age, he would innocently share the impressions he received about others, believing the information to be common knowledge, only to find out that it was intended to be private.  Growing up in a small town, he read everything he could get his hands on about psychic skills; at thirteen, he began his studies of witchcraft and the occult.  Today, Panther works with animal totems, angels, elementals, and spirit guides in helping people to claim empowerment, find healing, and gain understanding about themselves and others.

In using the tarot, Panther works with his guides and yours to help you find the answers you need.  Some people begin with specific questions in mind, and additional information comes through on another topic the client may not have considered.  Others may not have a specific question and may be looking for general guidance.  As part of the reading, Panther helps the client to consider their choices so that they can make an informed decision about what course of action is most suited to their goals.

Michelle was born and raised in Nashville.  She has an Associate Degree in Business with an Accounting background and works for one of the accounting divisions of the State of Tennessee.

Michelle has been a customer of Magical Journey since the store opened many years ago.  She is a practicing Pagan/Wiccan for over 15 years.  Making jewelry has giving Michelle a wonderful knowledge of gemstones and their properties.  She has also worked with Aromatherapy for years and has created many of own unique scents and bath products.

An avid reader, Michelle love to gather knowledge of all kinds.  She enjoys developing her own theory for the unexplained through research.  She expresses her creative side through puzzles, drawing and painting.  Her favorite totems are Dragons, Wild Cats and Wolves.

Stephanie is a native of Northern Michigan. Fate would have it that in January 2005 she found a sanctuary of peace and light inside the doors of Magical Journey.  She found herself spending all her free time studying and conversing with the workers and patrons of this magical place!

As time progressed she became a part of the loving family that exists here. She is quick to tell of the healing she has experienced within these walls and the many transformations her soul has undergone since working here.

She is an eclectic Wiccan and has a love for crystals and the Tarot. Being an empath she works with the pendulum and essential oils in helping those around her. Her hope is to give back all of what the universe has blessed her with while on this truly Magical Journey!

Donya is a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources.  Her background in understanding people along with her Intuitive talents make her an excellent addition to the Magical Journey Readers.  Donya uses the "Trust Your Vibes" cards by Sonya Choquette.

Debi Yellow Wolf pulls from her entire knowledge base and intuition to do readings or healings. Your session will include several of the above techniques unless you request the use of only one of them. In this way, she can give you the most comprehensive session possible.

Rachel Malone came into this life on a mission—to be a healer and counselor to all.  She is an inspiration to all those who know her. She teaches by example with a caring heart, leading with wisdom and strength that only comes from having “an old soul”.

Currently, Rachel is getting her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and reads oracle and tarot cards as well as working with her guides. She is passionate about learning and healing. In true sincerity, she provides spiritual counseling for those who need a light to shine their way. She is an asset to the healing energy of Magical Journey.

Dondi is from western North Carolina.  She graduated from High Tech Institute with an Associates Degree in Science and Massage Therapy.  She is NCBTMB certified, a member of the AMTA, and has received her Reiki II training.  Dondi combines techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and several other modalities to achieve an individualized Massage.

Cecily began her massage career early.  When she was ten years old, her father was diagnosed with crippling cluster headaches, similar to what we now call migraines.  Cecily would massage his head, neck and shoulders when on of his headaches was starting.  Many times she could stop the progression of the headache before it developed.

As time went on, her family and friends would prevail upon her to massage their back, neck and shoulders to relieve tension and stress.  She was known to have the gift of healing hands.

Many years later, while living in Nashville, Cecily was again called to learn hands on healing.  She became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 1998.  In the year 2000 she went on to study at Cumberland Institute where she received her formal massage training.

After graduation and passing the National Examination for Massage Therapists, she went on to work at Yana's Day Spa in Hendersonville, TN. where she learned the art of relaxation massage, and aromatherapy as well as many sap techniques.  At the same time, she went to work at Clifford Chiropractic in White House, TN. where she learned therapeutic medical massage.

In 2000, Cecily began her studies with Steve Rother of the Lightworker Organization.  She learned to open her own gift of Intuitive Counseling and guidance from him. a technique called "Spiritual Psychology".  She has worked with her own Spirit Guides and Angels since 1986.

She has studied Tai chi Instruction with master teacher Alan LaCross in 1998 and Yoga Teacher training with Laura Spaulding at Yoga East in Louisville, KY in 2002.  Cecily has practiced meditation since 1986.  She studied and became a certified Iridologist and Herbalist with Keith Smith of Escandido CA in 2001.  She will continue her studies in many areas for years to come.
